I will be discussing my experiences from this summer leading professional development sessions for teachers in Nepal. I will share with you the topics I lead during the summer sessions. These topics were focused on the 6 Principals of Effective Teaching: Mindset, Climate for Learning, Professional Culture, Preparation for Teaching, Assessment for Learning, and Teaching for Learning. I will also be discussing my upcoming placement to help lead and train teachers in Guyana this summer.
